Job description
Duties:
• Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate a consistent commitment to meeting the needs of the customer and their vehicle;
• Handle sensitive situations professionally;
• Process and review repair orders with customers;
• Estimate the cost and duration of maintenance and repair work. Ensure that the final invoice matches the estimate and that the vehicle is delivered on time;
• Serve as a liaison between customers and mechanics and manage the status of work orders;
• Schedule maintenance and repair work;
• Use work order management software;
• Develop skills by participating in training and coaching activities;
• Present potential opportunities or suggestions to the auto center manager to make the auto center more profitable and increase sales;
• Comply with auto center, store, and company policies, as well as health and safety programs and rules;
• Perform other duties as needed.
