Sales Representative - New Vehicles

HGrégoire Nissan Chomedey is looking for a New Vehicles Sales Consultant.

Job type:

- Permanent, full-time position;
- Onsite work.

Responsibilities:

- Warmly welcome customers upon their arrival at the dealership and provide a personalized customer experience that meets company standards.
- Advise customers by identifying their needs and recommending the vehicles and products best suited to their expectations.
- Present the features of available vehicles in detail to guide customers through the purchasing process.
- Respond professionally and accurately to customer questions by providing clear, comprehensive, and reassuring information.
- Organize and accompany customers during test drives while ensuring a safe, informative, and enjoyable experience.
- Provide regular, high-quality follow-ups with customers to maintain a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and maintain positive, long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure their continued satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in automotive sales required.
- A Vocational Siploma (DVS) in sales consulting is considered an asset.
- Intermediate to advanced bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written, to communicate with both French-speaking and English-speaking customers.
- Dynamic, motivated, and highly persuasive.
- Strong desire to provide professional and exceptional customer service.
- Valid driver’s licence.
