As a parts clerk, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the parts and after-sales service departments. You will be responsible for meeting the needs of both customers and the workshop by locating, preparing, and tracking the necessary parts and accessories. Thanks to your organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer-service-oriented approach, you will contribute to the efficiency of operations and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Customer service and advice:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding automotive parts and accessories, both over the phone and at the counter;
- Advise customers on selecting parts and accessories suited to their needs;
- Provide professional, courteous, and efficient customer service.
Parts and order management:
- Enter, ship, and track parts orders;
- Receive and verify orders;
- Stock parts and keep the department organized.
Workshop operations support:
- Supply workshop technicians with the parts needed for repairs;
- Prepare estimates for customers in collaboration with technical advisors;
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position or equivalent experience;
- Comfortable working with computer systems;
- Knowledge of automotive parts;
- Experience with CDK software (a plus).

Notes:
- Work schedule: Monday to Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Fridays, from 8 a.m. to noon;
- Hourly rate: starting at $20, with the possibility of adjustment based on experience and certifications;
- Temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent.
