Job description
We are looking for a Service Advisor.
Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service and address the needs of the customer and their vehicle.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, whether by phone or in person.
• Understand the customer’s needs and provide a comprehensive solution.
• Handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
• Complete and review work orders with customers.
• Estimate the cost and duration of maintenance and repair work. Ensure that the final invoice matches the estimate and that the vehicle is delivered on time.
• Serve as a liaison between customers and mechanics and manage the status of work orders.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
• Knowledge and understanding of automotive mechanical components.
• Ability to work effectively with automotive parts ordering software.
• Good knowledge of automotive industry software is a plus.
• Fluency in French, both spoken and written.
• MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE.
