As a Service Advisor at Groupe Park Avenue, you’ll combine customer service, automotive knowledge, and administrative precision to guide customers through the entire process of maintaining or repairing their vehicles. Focused on customer satisfaction and the accuracy of the information provided, the main objective is to ensure courteous, efficient, and professional service.

Description of daily tasks: your responsibilities, your path to success:

- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and gather all information about their vehicle;
- Build a relationship of trust with the customer, identify their needs, and relay the information to the shop technician;
- Explain the nature of the work, the cost, and any promotions or services offered;
- Accurately complete work orders for new, used, and outsourced vehicles;
- Conduct a test drive with the customer if necessary to confirm the diagnosis;
- Schedule appointments for maintenance services and obtain payment or credit approval;
- Communicate any changes or updates regarding the work to customers;
- Coordinate with the foreman and the parts department;
- Present yourself professionally and provide exceptional customer service;
- Perform all other related tasks as needed and as directed by management.

Qualifications:

- Possess interpersonal skills, tact, and diplomacy;
- Strong ability to communicate in French (spoken and written);
- Experience in customer service;
- Basic knowledge of the automotive industry;
- Demonstrate a focus on customer satisfaction and attention to detail;
- Demonstrate independence and strong organizational skills.
