We're hiring!
Audi Trois-Rivières is currently looking for an Internal Service Advisor to join our new, young, and dynamic team.
Qualifications:
• Excellent customer service skills;
• Knowledge of the Serti system (a plus);
• Comfortable multitasking;
• Attentive, motivated, and organized.
What we offer:
• Competitive salary;
• Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM and Friday until 2:00 PM;
• Motivating work environment.
Duties:
• Answer incoming calls and address customer needs;
• Conduct customer satisfaction follow-ups;
• Call customers regarding received parts and schedule appointments;
• Manage courtesy vehicles;
• Call customers to remind them of upcoming maintenance appointments;
• Create internal work orders and close invoices;
• Create work orders for new vehicle preparations;
• Schedule appointments with subcontractors;
• Create customer work orders (for replacements).
