Job description
Toyota Woodland is currently looking for someone who would like to be part of our team as a Service Advisor.

Functions and responsibilities of the position :
• Greeting customers, collecting the required information to identify and define repair and maintenance needs;
• Providing recommended maintenance services and scheduling the work's execution schedule, while ensuring quality customer service.
The candidate must have:
• Perfectly bilingual (French and English);
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor;
• Direct selling experience (an asset);
• Excellent customer service skills;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Excellent planning and work organization skills;
• Able to multitask and focused on teamwork.
