Job description
We are looking for a Sales Manager with automotive experience and strong LEADER and MOTIVATOR skills who will be dedicated to improving our sales team. Think you're the ideal candidate? Join an innovative group!
Here's an overview of your future responsibilities:
- Ensure customer retention and growth;
- Set aggressive but realistic monthly objectives for each sales consultant;
- Know and understand all federal, provincial and municipal laws governing automotive retail sales;
- Keep abreast of new products, programs and current promotions from the manufacturer and/or banking institutions;
- Approve transactions;
- Collaborate on vehicle exchanges between dealerships;
- Develop improvement programs for Sales Advisors who are having difficulty achieving their objectives;
- Ensure branch profitability.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales;
- Significant experience in personnel management;
- Excellent knowledge of automotive financing and after-sales service;
- Professional approach and strong oral and written communication skills;
- Perfect oral and written bilingualism (French and English) at an intermediate-advanced level in order to communicate with our English and French speaking clientele;
- Excellent ability to work under pressure and in a highly dynamic work environment.
This is a full-time, permanent position.
