Summary description of the position:
Reporting to the General Manager, the individual will ensure the continued positioning and growth of this market in collaboration with the sales team.
Duties - you will:
- Forecast and follow-up on monthly and annual sales objectives;
- Mobilize and coach his team;
- Make vehicle purchases in accordance with established objectives;
- Effectively manage the fleet inventory;
- Leading marketing and advertising activities;
- Ensure that all vehicles are featured on the company website;
- Evaluate all used cars that come into the dealership. Keep abreast of the current market and current used car valuations using various means at his/her disposal, including applications available on the web;
- Manage the refurbishment of used vehicles (reconditioning);
- Ensure appropriate follow-up with any potential buyers;
- Perform other duties as required and directed by management.
Job requirements:
- Experience in the automotive field preferably in pre-owned vehicles;
- Knowledge of Serti, Merlin and VAuto computer software (a considerable asset);
- Autonomous and a good team player;
- Coordination and supervision;
- Positive attitude and passion for the automotive industry;
- Bilingualism.
