Lamborghini Montreal / John Scotti Luxury-Prestige is looking for a unique individual to fill a Sales Manager position .
Job description:
- Establishes the mission and short, medium and long-term objectives, projects and policies of the dealership, in collaboration with senior management and the dealership;
- Ensure the solidity and balance of the dealership's financial structure;
- Ensure branch profitability;
- Set aggressive but realistic monthly objectives for each sales consultant;
- Analyze results of dealership operations, compare them to established objectives, and ensure that appropriate action is taken to correct unsatisfactory results;
- Develop improvement programs for Sales Advisors who are having difficulty achieving their objectives;
- Be an enthusiastic leader who helps shape employees' attitudes and behaviors and improve the work atmosphere;
- Ability to guide troops, coach and support them in their duties, and develop their talents - you'll need to act as a role model and example;
- Ensure customer retention and growth;
- He will prioritize customer satisfaction and teamwork between departments;
- Keep abreast of new products, programs and current promotions from the manufacturer and/or banking institutions;
- Approve transactions;
- Collaborate on vehicle exchanges between dealerships;
- Inventory tracking and management;
- Pre-owned vehicle marketing planning;
- Planning and monitoring advertising and CRM-related tasks.
Job requirements:
- The desired candidate is a positive team player, is structured and ensures dealership performance at all levels;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager;
- Knowledge of good human resources management practices;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the vehicle sales industry;
- Significant experience in personnel management;
- Good work structures and methods;
- Excellent time management, prioritizing follow-up of requests;
- Strong ability to establish and manage priorities;
- Excellent stress and pressure management;
- Analytical and decision-making skills;
- Action-oriented;
- Excellent knowledge of automotive financing and after-sales service;
- Good knowledge of MS Office;
- Knowledge of automotive software and CRM;
- Professional approach and strong communication skills, both oral and written;
- Perfect bilingualism (French and English).

Training
- High Scool Diploma;
