Job description
As Pre-Owned Vehicles Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and sales managers, with the ultimate goal of achieving sales targets.
You'll ensure optimal closing rates through training, motivation and rigorous follow-up with your sales team. You will also be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, both in terms of delivery compliance and after-sales service.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise T.O. transactions;
- Approve transactions;
- Supervise the team of Assistant Managers;
- Evaluate trades;
- Supervise Sales Representatives;
- Ensure the smooth running of the dealership;
- Produce daily reports;
- Follow-up with customers who have visited the dealership;
- Maintain contact with the manufacturer;
- Maintain processes and implement new ones as needed;
- Be responsible for used vehicle sales achievements.
The Pre-Owned Vehicles Sales Manager is also occasionally called upon to participate directly in customer meetings. An objective to this effect will also be predetermined.
You must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings.
Experience and/or training:
- Be recognized as excellent in sales closing;
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive field;
- Have management experience;
- Be focused on customer service;
- Have a high level of results orientation;
- Show enthusiasm and motivation;
- Have good communication skills;
- Be responsible and autonomous;
- Have a professional presentation;
- Have proven sales skills.
