Job description
Our car dealership is looking for an After-Sales Service Manager.
As part of the mandate, the Service Manager will perform the following tasks:
- Deal with customer complaints as quickly as possible, according to dealership guidelines;
- Implement and maintain a customer satisfaction system for after-sales service;
- Know and apply manufacturer's warranty terms and policies;
- Hire, train, motivate and advise after-sales service human resources and ensure their performance;
- Plan and/or organize technical training and verify technicians' daily productivity reports;
- Properly communicate to technicians the time allocated for each repair order;
- Ensure health and safety within the work environment.
Requirements :
- Minimum experience of 3 years as a Service Manager or 5 years as an Assistant Service Manager;
- Management skills;
- Customer service oriented;
- Leadership skills;
- Good organizational skills.
