Hawkesbury Chevrolet is looking for a Dealer Delivery Agent to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service during vehicle deliveries. Key responsibilities include explaining the vehicle, registering customers with OnStar, ensuring the welcome call is made by the customer, and explaining the ISC (CSI) to customers, also encouraging them to write a review for us on Google. Other duties to be discussed.
Job requirements:
- Valid driver's licence (mandatory);
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry;
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively;
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team member;
- Fluency in spoken and written French and English.
