New Vehicles Delivery Coordinator

What the job has in store for you:

Main responsibilities:

- Meet with customers to complete the paperwork when they take possession of their new vehicle;
- Answer customer questions;
- Provide our customers with a "wow" experience;
- Work in collaboration with the Sales Financing team;
- Keep customer information up to date in the CRM;
- Perform all other related tasks associated with the position.

Requirements:

- Very comfortable in a computerized environment;
- Team-oriented;
- Fluent in written and spoken French;
- Bilingual (an asset).

Schedule and conditions:

- Daytime schedule from Monday to Friday + possibility of working 1 or 2 evenings depending on the number of deliveries (based on 40 hours);
- Salary range from $21 to $25 per hour.
