Main responsibilities:

- Greet the client and establish a relationship of trust;
- Listen to the customer's needs and ask the right questions;
- Explain to customers the particularities of the different models in order to guide them in their choice
- Client follow-up (client prospecting)
- Test drive with customers
- Keep abreast of new products and their advantages in terms of products, features, accessories, etc.
- Accompany the customer throughout the steps leading to the delivery of the vehicle
- Follow company procedures
- All other related tasks.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- At least 1 year's relevant experience in automotive sales;
- Ability to communicate in French and English to meet the needs of our bilingual clientele;
- Interpersonal skills, excellent customer service and a passion for sales;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Professionalism, courtesy and neat presentation;
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills;
- Organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to work in a team environment to achieve common goals.
