Main responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers upon arrival;
- Initiate and maintain records for both customers and suppliers;
- Input data and handle invoicing tasks;
- Coordinate with insurance companies and rental agencies regarding communication needs;
- Validate supplier invoices for accuracy;
- Record transactions and facilitate supplier payments;
- Handle towing invoices and liaise with insurance companies via phone or email;
- Organize files for the subsequent stages of repair procedures;
- Monitor outstanding payments from insurance companies and follow up accordingly.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in a body shop (an asset);
- Good knowledge of Office software, particularly Excel;
- Ability to work on several files simultaneously;
- Ability to work as part of a team;
- Ability to communicate in French and English to meet the needs of our bilingual clientele;
- Analytical mind, rigor, autonomy and good management of priorities.
