Main responsibilities:

- Uphold effective processes and procedures to improve sales and profitability
- Participate in training Sales & Leasing Consultants to meet consumer needs and manufacturer programs
- Assist in closing all new and pre-owned vehicle sales with Sales & Leasing Consultants
- Ensure that Sales & Leasing Consultants follow-up by telephone with customers that visit the showroom or call the Dealership with vehicle inquires, within 24-hours of the initial visit to the Dealership
- Review documents pertaining to the sale of vehicles to ensure accuracy and legality
- Supervise vehicle delivery to customers
- Cooperate in vehicle exchanges between Dealerships (dealer trades)

Qualifications and skills required:

- Interpersonal skills, excellent customer service and a passion for sales;
- Good understanding of customer and retailer competencies;
- Ability to communicate in French and English to meet the needs of our bilingual clientele;
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills;
- Organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to take on problems with a positive attitude and see them through to completion;
- Ability to remain calm and focused in all circumstances to deliver exceptional customer service;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Professionalism, courtesy and neat presentation;
- Ability and interest in working as part of a team to achieve common goals;
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a sales environment.
