Internal Service Advisor

We are currently looking for one (1) INTERNAL SERVICE ADVISOR with a minimum of 2 years of experience in this position.

Enthusiastic, structured and motivated by your desire to provide our INTERN customers with an exceptional experience through your professional attitude.

Your main responsibilities will be to open and close work orders (PDI), produce cost estimates for reconditioning used vehicles, and follow up on workshop work. You will be responsible for ensuring that the preparation of vehicles sold is ready at the agreed time. You will have to communicate with subcontractors and maintain an excellent relationship with them. You'll need to maintain constant communication with the sales department. Some administrative tasks are also part of your responsibilities. Ability and knowledge of the CDK system is preferable.

Your excellent communication skills create harmonious relations within the work team. You must be fluent in French and English.

Your organizational skills mean you have excellent management of priorities.
