Service Advisor - Legacy Dodge Wetaskiwin | Full-Time

Legacy Dodge Wetaskiwin is growing, and we're looking for an experienced, customer-focused
Service Advisor to join our high-performing service team.

What You'll Do
• Welcome customers and deliver an exceptional service experience from check-in to vehicle
delivery.
• Schedule appointments and manage repair orders throughout the service process.
• Communicate repair and maintenance recommendations clearly and professionally.
• Prepare accurate estimates for repairs, maintenance, and warranty work.
• Coordinate with technicians, parts, and warranty departments to ensure efficient workflow.
• Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and document customer concerns.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate future service business.
• Maintain accurate records, inspections, and repair orders.
• Process payments and assist with daily administrative reporting.

What We're Looking For
• 1-3 years of Service Advisor experience.
• Strong understanding of automotive maintenance and repair processes.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and strong team mentality.
• PBS experience is considered an asset.
• Previous Stellantis/FCA experience is an asset.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driver's abstract.
