Key Responsibilities:

Surface Preparation:
Sand, mask, tape, and prime vehicle surfaces to ensure a smooth, clean base for paint adhesion.

Color Matching & Mixing:
Utilize computerized paint-matching technology and mixing formulas to perfectly blend colors with the original vehicle finish.

Paint Application:
Apply basecoats, clear coats, and urethanes using high-volume low-pressure (HVLP) spray guns and related equipment.

Finishing Touches:
Buff, polish, and detail painted surfaces to remove imperfections, followed by the application of required decals or trim.

Safety & Compliance:
Manage hazardous materials, maintain equipment, and strictly adhere to environmental and safety guidelines, including the proper use of protective respirators.

Essential Skills & Knowledge:
Understanding of automotive paint systems, primers, and sealants.

Physical Dexterity:
Excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to stand, bend, and lift heavy equipment for extended periods.
