Key Responsibilities:


Surface Preparation:
Sand, mask, clean, and prime vehicle surfaces to create a smooth, defect-free base before painting.

Color Matching & Mixing:
Precisely blend and mix automotive paints using manufacturer codes and tinting techniques to achieve an exact color match.

Paint Application:
Apply base coats, clear coats, and specialty finishes using professional spray guns in a controlled paint booth environment.

Quality Control & Detailing:
Inspect finished work for runs, sags, or imperfections, and polish or buff panels to meet strict quality standards.

Safety & Compliance:
Properly store hazardous materials, dispose of chemical waste, and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including respirators.

Skills & Knowledge:

Understanding of automotive paint systems, primers, and sealants.

Excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to stand, bend, and lift heavy equipment for extended periods.
