We have over 250 vehicles in inventory and more than 30 new arrivals every week! When it comes to selection, we've got it!

Do you prioritize personalized customer service? Do you know the ins and outs of selling pre-owned vehicles? Are you detail-oriented and believe that every transaction matters?

Your Main Responsibilities:

- Welcome customers and establish trusting relationships;
- Qualify customers and carefully listen to their needs;
- Explain the features of different vehicle models to help customers make informed decisions;
- Maintain regular communication with customers and ensure proper after-sales follow-up;
- Conduct test drives with customers;
- Work closely with Financial Services Advisors;
- Guide customers through every step of the purchasing process, right up to vehicle delivery;
- Keep your knowledge of vehicle models and available warranty products up to date.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in automotive sales, preferably in pre-owned vehicles;
- Exceptional customer service skills;
- Bilingual in French and English;
- Valid driver's licence;
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, consistent, motivated and dynamic;
- Available to work every other weekend and 2 to 3 evenings per week.
