BDC MANAGER – GROUPE DUROCHER

A family-owned business for over 50 years, Groupe Durocher brings together Entrepôt Auto Durocher and Mazda Val-David. With over 300 vehicles in inventory and 60 new arrivals every week, there's no shortage of opportunities!

YOUR CHALLENGE:

- Lead, motivate and develop our BDC team;
- Optimize lead management and appointment quality;
- Reduce no-shows and increase sales conversion rates;
- Coach BDC Agents and ensure thorough follow-ups in Activix;
- Work closely with the Sales teams at both dealerships.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

- Experience managing an automotive BDC (mandatory);
- Excellent proficiency with Activix (essential);
- Strong leadership and coaching skills;
- Analytical mindset, excellent organizational skills and results-driven approach;
- Excellent spoken and written French and English;
- Automotive sales experience and knowledge of F&I are considered assets.

WHAT WE OFFER:

- Competitive salary plus monthly performance bonuses, with earning potential of $120,000 per year;
- Day shift, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (occasional evening and Saturday availability required);

Position based in Mirabel, with one day per week at Mazda Val-David.
