Our company is looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Representative to join our New Vehicle Sales team. If you have experience selling Ford vehicles and are looking to grow in a dynamic, structured and performance-driven environment, this opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities:

- Welcome customers to the dealership and identify their needs;
- Advise customers and sell new vehicles;
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives;
- Negotiate and close sales professionally;
- Ensure thorough follow-up before, during and after each sale;
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships;
- Meet and exceed established sales targets.

Requirements:

- Previous experience selling new Ford vehicles is mandatory;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Strong sales, negotiation and persuasion skills;
- Independent, motivated and performance-driven;
- Professional attitude and results-oriented mindset;
- Valid driver's licence.
