New and Pre-Owned Vehicles Sales Consultant

General Motors offers one of the most impressive lineups of new vehicles in the world. Rocheleau Chevrolet Buick GMC in Cowansville is looking for a New and Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Advisor to join its team.

Our Sales team is passionate about Chevrolet, Buick and GMC vehicles. We also offer a variety of financing solutions to make purchasing your next vehicle more affordable.

Responsibilities:

- Welcome customers into our showroom, carefully listen to their needs and preferences;
- Present and explain the features and benefits of vehicles in inventory;
- Conduct test drives with customers to demonstrate vehicle performance;
- Advise customers on financing, leasing and warranty options;
- Negotiate sales terms in accordance with company policies;
- Finalize sales and complete all necessary administrative documents;
- Follow up with leads and prospective customers to build long-term relationships.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive sales;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusting relationships;
- Strong customer focus and ability to effectively handle objections;
- Knowledge of automotive products and market trends;
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team;
- Valid driver's licence.
