Job description

Job description:

- Parts Clerk (TSR);
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.;
- Laval – Head Office.

Main responsibilities:

- Create work orders for Road Technicians;
- Invoice and order parts;
- Provide customer service by phone and at the parts counter;
- Work closely with the Sales and Service Departments.

Job requirements:

- Bilingual in French and English (required);
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook;
- 2 years of experience in a similar position.
