Main Responsibilities:

- Prepare surfaces: sanding, grinding, filling, degreasing and masking;
- Apply primers, paints and finishing products;
- Perform touch-ups, polishing and finishing work;
- Use painting tools and application systems;
- Mix and match colors;
- Follow quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required qualifications and skills:

- With or without experience;
- Good manual dexterity;
- Attention to detail and quality;
- Ability to work as part of a team;
- Motivation and willingness to learn;
- Ability to follow safety procedures.
