Main responsibilities:

- Perform all work procedures outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately, in accordance with the highest manufacturer and dealership standards;
- Perform vehicle repairs;
- Work with other team members to achieve complete customer satisfaction;
- Maintain close communication with the Service Advisor team when additional work is required or when repairs cannot be completed within the expected timeframe;
- Attend in-person and online training sessions as required;
- Perform road tests to ensure the quality of completed work.

Required qualifications and skills:

- At least 1 year of experience as an Automotive Mechanic;
- Vehicle diagnostic experience is an asset;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Knowledge of hybrid and electric vehicles is an asset;
- Strong teamwork ethic;
- Valid competency card issued by the Comité paritaire de l’automobile (CPA).
