Service Advisor

ALBI Hyundai Laval is currently looking for a Service Advisor to join its team.

Main responsibilities:

You will welcome customers and gather the necessary information to identify and determine their vehicle repair and maintenance needs. You will promote maintenance services and coordinate the work schedule while ensuring a high level of customer service.

Job requirements:

- Experience in a similar customer service position;
- DVS in Automotive Service Consulting is an asset;
- Experience in the automotive industry is a strong asset;
- Valid driver’s licence.

Working conditions:

- Daytime position, from Monday to Thursday, from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Fridays, from 7:30 a.m. to noon;
- Permanent position.
