Experienced Service Advisor

Subaru de Laval, our major automotive dealership on the North Shore of Montreal, is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to fill a full-time permanent position with its after-sales service team.

Job duties and responsibilities:

- Greeting customers in a professional and courteous manner;
- Identifying and defining the client's needs in addition to providing the required services;
- Checking the warranty coverage and being able to explain it;
- Generating estimation for clients for unsecured work;
- Closing work orders and collecting payments from customers.

Requirements and profile:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor within an automotive dealership;
- Focused on quality and customer satisfaction (CSI);
- Dynamic;
- Neat and professional presentation;
- Bilingual in French and English, oral and written;
- Good communicator and good sales skills;
- Sense of organization and planning;
- Good computer skills.
