Daily responsibilities – Your responsibilities, your path to success:

- Supervise and coordinate the shop’s daily activities;
- Plan and assign work to Technicians;
- Ensure the quality of vehicle repairs and maintenance;
- Ensure deadlines and service standards are met;
- Manage the shop’s parts inventory and supplies;
- Train and supervise Technicians;
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment;
- Resolve technical issues and customer complaints;
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall efficiency.

Profile we’re looking for:

- Diploma in automotive mechanics or equivalent experience;
- Previous experience managing a team in an automotive repair shop;
- In-depth knowledge of automotive diagnostic and repair systems;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and solve problems effectively;
- Strong time management and organizational skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French;
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team;
- Proficiency with shop management software is an asset.
