Financial & Insurance Manager

As part of our growth, we are looking to hire an experienced Financial & Insurance Manager to join a strong, well-structured team.

Beyond experience, we are looking for a specific profile and personality. Someone who is positive, motivated, and consistent—someone who loves their work and fits naturally into a high-performing team.

A key role in every transaction, at the heart of the customer experience and performance (structuring, compliance, presentation, support).

A high-volume, structured environment with high standards and clear expectations, within a high-performing sales team.

What we’re looking for:

- At least 3 years of experience in F&I at an auto dealership;
- Bilingual (French/English);
- Rigorous, autonomous, and detail-oriented;
- Comfortable with performance goals and financial and insurance products;
- Proficient with a structured CRM environment (Activix, DeskIT).
