Your responsibilities, your path to success:
- Welcome customers and quickly establish a relationship of trust;
- Help customers choose the right vehicle by identifying their needs, asking the right questions and listening carefully to their answers;
- Clearly explain important information regarding product performance, features and benefits, as well as long-term leasing and traditional financing options based on customer needs;
- Understand equity and residual value concepts and be able to explain vehicle depreciation to customers, as well as applicable federal, provincial and municipal regulations governing retail automotive sales;
- Negotiate pricing and obtain transaction approval from sales management;
- Deliver vehicles to customers after ensuring they have been properly inspected and that customers understand the vehicle’s features, warranty and required documentation;
- Stay up to date on new products and accessories;
- Regularly prospect and develop new business opportunities.
Profile we are looking for:
- Strong customer service experience with performance targets in the automotive industry, including knowledge of the competition, market and vehicles being sold;
- Customer-focused approach, with exceptional customer service skills, attention to customer needs and a proactive mindset;
- Quick learner with strong intellectual agility;
- Ambition and a desire to take on challenges, achieve results and strive for excellence while contributing ideas, even bold ones;
- Perseverance and determination when facing challenges;
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, accuracy and precision;
- Excellent time-management and priority-management skills;
- Technical skills, including excellent written and spoken French and good computer skills.
