What You'll Be Doing:
 

• Working from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday
• Speaking with customers about their auto repair needs
• Creating repair orders and recommending additional repairs/maintenance when appropriate to encourage sales
• Presenting estimates and explaining the importance of the service before gaining approval for the work
• Communicating with the service team to keep the day-to-day flowing smoothly

QUALIFICATIONS
 

• 1+ years of experience as an automotive service advisor or a similar customer service role
