Pre-Owned Vehicles Sales Manager

A well-established automotive dealership on the North Shore of Montreal is looking for an experienced Pre-Owned Vehicles Sales Manager to lead and grow its department.

Your responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize the pre-owned vehicle inventory;
- Perform vehicle appraisals and purchasing;
- Establish pricing strategies, market vehicles and ensure efficient inventory turnover;
- Control reconditioning costs and accelerate time to market;
- Maximize sales volume, gross profit and overall department profitability;
- Motivate the team and work closely with the Sales, Service and Detailing Departments.

We’re looking for:

An experienced automotive Manager recognized for strong business acumen, negotiation skills, leadership and extensive knowledge of the pre-owned vehicle market.
