At La Pérade Ford, our shop is running at full speed, and our reputation is built on customer satisfaction. We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to oversee the activities of our technical team and Service Advisors.

Your strategic responsibilities:
- Operations management: supervise, plan and optimize the daily activities of the after-sales Service Department to maximize shop profitability and efficiency;
- Ensure that all reports required by management and the manufacturer are accurately prepared;
- Understand and apply the manufacturer’s warranty terms and policies;
- Handle customer complaints promptly and in accordance with dealership guidelines;
-Team leadership: motivate, coach and develop the skills of Service Advisors, Technicians and support staff;
- Establish schedules for all Service Department employees and ensure they are followed;
- Plan and/or organize technical training and direct employees to the appropriate training centres or instructors;
- Performance management: monitor key performance indicators, including hours sold, shop efficiency, gross profit and warranty management;
- Review technicians’ daily productivity reports;
- Customer satisfaction (CSI): ensure compliance with Ford’s standards of excellence and provide an outstanding customer experience;
- Implement and maintain a customer satisfaction system.
Profile we’re looking for:
- Experience: minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in an after-sales service management position; dealership experience is a major asset;
- Customer and results oriented: strong problem-solving, communication and priority-management skills, including the ability to perform under pressure;
- Proven leadership: demonstrated ability to build motivated, high-performing and engaged teams;
- Business acumen: excellent understanding of Service Department financial statements and effective budget management.
