Service Manager

We are looking for a Service Manager to join our team and ensure the efficient management of our after-sales service department.

Your role:

As Service Manager, you will be responsible for the department’s overall operations. Your objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction, motivate your team and drive the performance and profitability of the service department.

Your main responsibilities:

- Supervise and motivate the service department team;
- Ensure a professional, efficient and personalized customer experience;
- Plan and coordinate the workshop’s daily operations;
- Ensure the efficiency, productivity and profitability of the department;
- Monitor objectives and key performance indicators;
- Support Service Advisors and Technicians in their respective roles;
- Ensure effective communication between the service, parts, sales and administration departments;
- Manage specific or complex situations and follow up on customer complaints;
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer policies, procedures and standards;
- Participate in the recruitment, training and development of team members;
- Maintain a positive, structured and collaborative work environment.

The profile we are looking for:

- Experience in automotive management, ideally within an after-sales service department;
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team;
- Strong customer service and results-oriented mindset;
- Strong organizational and priority-management skills;
- Comfortable working toward performance and profitability objectives;
- Ability to make decisions and find solutions quickly;
- Strong communication skills with both customers and team members;
- Good understanding of automotive service department operations.
