Car Rental Agent

Responsibilities:

    • Greet customers and provide excellent customer service;
    • Process rental agreements and handle necessary follow-ups;
    • Prepare, move, and park rental vehicles;
    • Ensure that vehicles are clean and ready for customers;
    • Perform basic vehicle inspections upon pickup and return;
    • Occasionally move vehicles between different areas of the dealership.

Ideal candidate:

    • Valid driver’s licence (required);
    • Bilingual (French and English), spoken;
    • Excellent customer service skills and a professional attitude;
    • Self-motivated, reliable, organized, and punctual;
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment;

    • Good physical condition, as the position requires regularly moving vehicles in and out and performing certain vehicle transfers.
