We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused Parts Clerk to join our growing team in the West Island of Montreal. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment, enjoys working with technicians, service advisors, and customers, and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency.
Professional fluency in French is mandatory. Applicants must be able to communicate confidently and professionally in French, both verbally and in writing, with customers, suppliers, and colleagues. Bilingualism (French/English) is strongly preferred.
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing parts orders, supporting procurement activities, maintaining inventory, and contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of the Parts Department while delivering the high standard of service associated with the Porsche brand.
Responsibilities
Process incoming and outgoing parts orders accurately and efficiently while ensuring timely delivery and stock availability.
Work closely with technicians, service advisors, and customers to identify parts requirements and fulfill orders.
Deliver exceptional customer service by providing accurate parts information and timely follow-up.
Source, purchase, and track parts using internal dealership systems and supplier networks.
Maintain an organized inventory by ensuring proper labeling, storage, and inventory control.
Contribute to the efficient day-to-day operation of the Parts Department.
Collaborate with other dealership departments to help deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications
Professional fluency in French is mandatory. Applicants who cannot communicate professionally in French will not be considered.
Bilingualism (French/English) is strongly preferred.
Previous experience in a dealership Parts Department is strongly preferred.
Strong computer and data entry skills.
Knowledge of supply chain management, procurement, and parts sourcing.
Mechanical aptitude is required; experience with high-voltage vehicles is considered an asset.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
Reliable, punctual, and professional.
