Requirements:

- The candidate must be able to communicate in English both verbally (intermediate level) and in writing (beginner level) to meet the needs of our English-speaking clientele;
- Relevant experience in a car dealership is a significant asset;
- Ability to work as part of a team;
- Strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Contact target customers to schedule their service appointments;
- Answer incoming calls to schedule appointments with our service department;
- Perform any other related tasks as needed by the department.
