Responsibilities:

The incumbent is responsible for welcoming, informing, and assisting customers throughout the vehicle purchase and/or lease process.

Duties:

- Greet customers, build a relationship of trust, and demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction;
- Provide thorough follow-up with customers who have purchased a vehicle and with those who have not yet made a purchase;
- Attend product and sales training courses as directed by the sales manager;
- Perform other duties as needed and as directed by management.

Requirements:

- At least 1 year of experience in automotive sales;
- Excellent team player;
- Proficiency with new technologies;
- Valid driver’s licence.
