Job description
Christin Chevrolet Buick GMC is a family-owned dealership that has proudly served the east end of Montreal for more than 70 years.
We are looking for a candidate who stands out through initiative, strong communication skills, and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding after-sales customer service.

We are currently seeking a service appointment coordinator to join our after-sales service team.
Key responsibilities:
- Schedule service appointments;
- Confirm upcoming appointments;
- Answer incoming calls for the service department;
- Make outbound calls for promotional campaigns, maintenance reminders, warranty repairs, manufacturer recalls, and other service-related initiatives;
- Perform other communication-related tasks in support of the service department.
Requirements :
- Experience in a similar position and/or in customer service;
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and professionalism;
- Excellent spoken French and functional English;
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction;
- Knowledge of the Reynolds ERA-IGNITE system;
- Good knowledge of the Activix customer follow-up system.

Training
