Responsibilities

As a Financial & Insurance Manager, your role is to offer financing solutions, life and disability insurance products, vehicle protection plans, and extended warranties while providing exceptional customer service.

You will act as a trusted advisor by explaining financing options, manufacturer programs, dealership policies, and service terms. By understanding each customer's financial situation and needs, you will recommend the most suitable financing and protection products.

The Financial & Insurance Manager plays a key role in the vehicle purchase or lease process. You will build strong relationships with customers and ensure they receive an outstanding buying experience. The successful candidate must be able to communicate in English at an intermediate level, both verbally and in writing, to effectively assist our English-speaking customers.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Financial & Insurance Manager in an automotive dealership;
- Valid driver's licence;
- Resourceful, professional, and able to work effectively as part of a team;
- Strong customer service orientation;
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage files efficiently.
