Le Groupe Leclair is looking for a motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused New Vehicle Sales Representative to join the team at Chomedey Hyundai. In this role, you will play a key part in the dealership’s success by guiding customers through every step of the purchasing process while contributing to sales objectives.

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for representing the dealership and achieving established sales objectives.
More specifically, you will:
- Welcome customers to the dealership and build strong relationships to identify their needs;
- Present and recommend new Hyundai vehicles by highlighting their features, benefits, and technologies;
- Deliver personalized test drive experiences and guide customers throughout the purchasing process;
- Negotiate and close sales while providing an exceptional customer experience;
- Present financing and leasing options in collaboration with the finance department;
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty;
- Stay up to date on Hyundai models, current promotions, and market trends;
- Use the dealership’s CRM system to effectively manage customer relationships and sales opportunities;
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience;
- Meet and exceed the dealership’s sales targets.

Requirements and assets:
- 1 to 3 years of relevant automotive sales experience, preferably;
- Honda experience is considered an asset;
- Basic computer skills;
- Automotive sales diploma is an asset.
