Groupe Leclair is looking for a motivated New Vehicles Sales Representative who is results-oriented and focused on customer service to join its Chomedey Hyundai dealership. This person will play a key role in the dealership’s success by guiding customers through every step of their purchase and helping to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the incumbent is responsible for representing the dealership to customers and meeting sales targets.
More specifically, you will:
- Welcome customers to the dealership and build a relationship of trust to fully understand their needs;
- Present and advise customers on new Hyundai vehicles, highlighting their features, benefits, and technologies;
- Provide a personalized test drive experience and guide customers through the entire purchasing process;
- Negotiate and close sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience;
- Present various financing and leasing options in collaboration with the finance department;
- Follow up thoroughly with prospective and existing customers to promote their satisfaction and loyalty;
- Stay up to date on Hyundai models, current promotions, and market trends;
- Use the CRM system (Activix) to effectively track customers and sales opportunities;
- Collaborate closely with various departments to provide a seamless, high-quality customer experience;
- Meet and exceed the sales targets set by the dealership.

Requirements and Assets:
- Relevant experience in automotive sales, ideally 1 to 3 years;
- Experience at Hyundai is a plus;
- Basic computer skills;
- A degree in automotive sales is a plus;
- Familiarity with the One-Eight (CDK) system is a plus.
