Our after-sales service team is looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service management within an automotive dealership.

Job description

As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the key link between the customer and the service department.

You will be responsible for interpreting the information provided by customers, identifying mechanical issues, planning and estimating repairs, and acting as the primary resource for all vehicle maintenance, preventive services, and repairs.

The Service Advisor is committed to meeting the needs of customers who visit the service department for routine maintenance or mechanical repairs. You will welcome customers, build trusting relationships, identify their needs, and accurately communicate repair requirements to the technicians by preparing detailed repair orders.

You will also educate customers about their vehicle's systems and operation, recommend preventive maintenance services, and provide follow-up to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Experience in electronics will be considered an asset. Knowledge of the Reynolds & Reynolds ERA Ignite dealership management system is also a strong asset.

Comprehensive on-site training will be provided through the GM Pro Certified Service Advisor certification program.
