Polisher

The after-sales service department at Christin Chevrolet Buick GMC, a GM dealership located in eastern Montreal, is currently seeking an auto Polisher to join its used-car reconditioning team.

Job summary:

The incumbent is responsible for all operations related to the reconditioning of new and used vehicles. Whether working on a car, SUV, or truck, the candidate must possess the necessary expertise to perform the following tasks:

    • Cleaning the engine compartment;
    • Thoroughly cleaning the interior (seats, carpets, dashboard, and headliner);
    • Decontaminating the exterior paint; water-blasting paint imperfections;
    • Complete reconditioning of the exterior using water-blasting and a three-step “compound” process;
    • Applying a finishing wax to all automotive paint finishes;
    • Exterior paint touch-ups.
