Key responsibilities

As a Parts Clerk, you will be responsible for:

- Responding to customer inquiries regarding automotive parts and accessories;
- Advising customers on the products best suited to their needs;
- Checking parts availability, delivery times, and pricing;
- Processing orders and following up on customer requests;
- Recommending alternative or complementary products;
- Delivering outstanding customer service;
- Working closely with the service and mechanical departments;
- Assisting with inventory management and the organization of the parts department.

Profile :

- Experience as a Parts Clerk or in a related position;
- Good knowledge of the automotive industry;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently;
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs;
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence (required);
- English language skills (an asset).
