Job description

- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate person;
- Welcome customers visiting the dealership and direct them to the appropriate department;
- Identify customer needs and guide them to sales, service, parts, administration, or finance;
- Work closely with all dealership departments and ensure effective communication and information flow;
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail;
- Prepare, file, and archive administrative documents;
- Organize and secure vehicle keys;
- Perform various administrative support duties.
