We are currently seeking an outgoing, professional full time person to join our team as a Parts Advisor. Previous Ford parts experience will be considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide parts and promotion information to customers

• Respond to customer parts inquiries online and over the phone

• Responsible for stock handling, warehousing, identifying and cataloguing parts, ordering, receiving, inspecting, sorting, pricing and selling 

Skills Required

• Collaborative professional who promotes teamwork and works cohesively within a team-oriented environment

• Personable, excellent communication and customer relation skills, pleasant telephone manner

• Excellent computer skills

• Outgoing, enthusiastic, self-starter

Additional consideration will be given to applicants with previous automotive experience or Red Seal Apprenticeship Certificate.
